Terms and Conditions

Clear Agreements, Reliable Service

These terms and conditions explain the general agreements applicable to the services provided by Pro Golds Property Care. Our aim is to work with clear expectations, transparent communication, and professional service at every stage of our cooperation.

1. Definitions and Scope

These terms and conditions apply to quotations, agreements, and services provided by Pro Golds Property Care, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The client is the person or organisation requesting or purchasing our services. Any specific written agreement takes precedence over these general terms where the two conflict.

2. Quotations and Agreements

Quotations are based on the information available at the time they are prepared and are valid for the period stated in the quotation. An agreement is established when a quotation is accepted and confirmed by both parties, or when we otherwise confirm the assignment in writing. Additional work or changes to the agreed scope may affect the price and delivery schedule.

3. Services and Performance

We perform our services with reasonable care, professionalism, and attention to detail. The exact scope of work, planning, and any specific requirements will be agreed with the client. Deadlines and schedules are indicative unless expressly agreed as binding in writing. We will inform the client of material circumstances that may affect the performance of the work.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client must provide accurate and complete information relevant to the assignment and ensure that we have timely access to the property where necessary. The client must inform us of known risks, defects, access restrictions, or other circumstances that could affect the work. Additional costs resulting from incomplete information or circumstances outside our reasonable control will be discussed with the client.

5. Prices and Payment

Prices, applicable taxes, payment terms, and any additional charges will be specified in the quotation or agreement. Invoices must be paid within the agreed payment period. If payment is overdue, we may send a reminder and, where legally permitted, charge statutory interest and reasonable collection costs. Any applicable consumer protection rules remain unaffected.

6. Changes and Cancellation

Requests to change or cancel an assignment must be communicated to us as soon as possible. Any consequences for planning, costs, or work already performed will be assessed in accordance with the agreement and applicable law. We will discuss reasonable solutions with the client before proceeding with additional work or costs where practicable.

7. Complaints and Defects

If the client is dissatisfied with the work performed, the client should notify us within a reasonable period and describe the issue as clearly as possible. We will review the complaint and, where appropriate, discuss a suitable solution. This clause does not limit any mandatory statutory rights or remedies available to consumers.

8. Liability and Force Majeure

We are responsible for our services in accordance with applicable law. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. Neither party will be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, to the extent recognised under applicable law. The affected party will inform the other party as soon as reasonably possible.

9. Applicable Law and Disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, subject to any mandatory legal provisions that apply. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through mutual consultation. If no solution can be reached, a dispute may be submitted to the competent court in accordance with applicable law.

10. Amendments and Contact

We may update these terms and conditions when necessary. The applicable version will be communicated or made available to the client in accordance with applicable law.
